=========== HONG KONG===========

This view is the island side of Hong Kong.  Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is one of the most @y@ catching landmark at Wan Chai HK.  I won't describe it as ugly but it is not as pretty as its Australian counterpart, I think, the Sydney Opera House .

The Monster all of you guys found in this pic is called Two IFC, the tallest building in HK, the second runners-up on this planet.  I think it is really ugly :TD::TD::TD:.

Please don't ask me its information, I dunno as I'm not interested .

Wow (again) ; - )   How come a lion standing there and holding hands with several children?  It was hard to identify the facial expression of the short hair little boy with a big yellow bag rounding his shoulder and body.  The boy with a candy stick pops-out from his mouth looked very boring and tired.  I guess it was because they felt really no fun from the exhibition they were in.  The lion has been the logo trademark of a very famous local peanuts oil brand name.

This pic was taken in Dec 2002, while happened the 37th Hong Kong Products Expo.  It was mainly organized by Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong (CMA), at the same time co-organized by some other smaller associations.  This expo had been stopped for couples of ten years and was started again in Y2K (?, I'm not sure??).

Basically, HK has no manufactory and product for many years.  People here (Both locals and overseas "visitors") would like to invest (or you may say speculate or gamble) in realty and stock market.  They made big bucks and run away easily that caused: 1) More foreign market players rushed in and, 2) People of all sorts here didn't invest their time and "hearts" to produce.  Sadly, I thought HK was dying but can't do anything helpful.....

Well, what's the reason why that HK Products Expo started again?  Does HK LIVE again?  No.  I don't think so.  Since, the reunion of HK back to mainland China, the political environment was changing from time to time.  Many strange things came out!!!  The top authority always did something for people according to their (I mean the authority's) own SUCK visions & thinking; results were even more SUCK (I don't mind any of you guys has ever heard some of those JOKES of HK)!  Products showing in the expo were either made in places around e.g. PRC, Thailand, Malaysia.... or something just very cheapy that hard to search their country of origins.  Most of them are foods
